Tour de Fromage - a tale of two adventurers

Supporting our Adventure

Picture
This fabulous adventure is a holiday, not a fundraising event.  Frankly, we couldn't find a charity brave enough to have the two of us as its public face.  On the plus side you don't have to put up with us banging on about some cause that you may or may not agree with.  And you can rest assured that the proceeds of your donation to the Amy Gillett Foundation will go entirely towards that wonderful cause.  Not one cent will be spent on the costs of our holiday.  Which is a shame really.  Click HERE to donate.
FYI - The Amy Gillett Foundation is devoted to promoting detente between cyclists and motorists.

You could also drop the Tassie Devils a buck if you are feeling kind - they are being killed by an infectious facial cancer.

The Adventure Continues...

Broome cup, 2009
2009: 7pm any given weeknight (and a few weekends) - while staring wistfully from the high windows of two grey sky prisons on (very different sides of) the Terrace - an idea began to form. The idea began with an escape.

2010: The escape led the adventurers on a 2 day 2500klms drive  - from the boardroom to the rugged, dusty Kimberley of Western Australia's wild north. One hapless Barramundi and quite a few mud crabs fell under their northern reign.

2011: The adventure now continues with a flight across oceans and a cycle across the Continent, sampling all the wonders the world has to offer.
This trip will end with a return to the sunburnt land and a long drive across the Gibb River Road, to the Territory. Where other adventures surely await.
